International Teaching and Workshops
Dr. LaSala recently completed a Fulbright Fellowship during which he taught family therapy courses at Tallinn University in Estonia and where he also investigated the impacts of stigma on Estonian lesbians and gay men. Furthermore, Dr. LaSala has been keynote speaker at national and international family therapy conferences in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, and Italy, and has frequently lectured to therapists, social workers, and youth service providers both in the United States and abroad. He is an engaging, entertaining, informative and much sought after speaker on topics such as family therapy, solution-focused therapy, LGBT families and sexuality.
